All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow for extra processing time

during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–10 business days

from the order date and shipped the day after processing is complete. Please note

that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your

delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed,

we will be unable to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After

that, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders

may be delayed to ensure maximum safety. Below, we have provided estimated

delivery times by country:

• Europe: 7–14 business days

• USA: 7–15 business days

• Canada: 7–16 business days

• Central America: 10–25 business days

• Australia / New Zealand: 10–26 business days

• Other countries: 11–30 business days

In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In such instances, delivery

may take up to 40 business days. If you experience any unusual delays in the delivery of your order,
